Beverly Rothstein began her career (1989) with the master developer of the cities of Coral Springs and Parkland Florida. As an on site representative to Coral Ridge Properties Inc. she effected the sale and marketing some of the most popular and prestigious developments in South Florida. Beverly's career has been acknowledge with countless awards from that master developer.

 

A licensed Broker, since 1992 Mrs. Rothstein opened her own brokerage and partnered in real estate development throughout the 1990s. Beverly was instrumental in the design and community development of many of the most popular projects in South Florida.

She later joined Re/Max and cultivated an impressive resume in the Luxury residential marketplace and was honored as a top producer in 1999. Prudential Florida WCI later won her employment where she developed the Luxury clientele in Parkland and Coral Springs Florida. She became quickly known when she listed and successfully sold every Country Club home on a community block in Parkland's Heron Bay.
